The reverse engineering process

I take your original part and turn it into a fully manufacturable design through a clear and reliable process. First, I carefully prepare the part for 3D scanning to make sure the data captured is as accurate as possible. I then carry out a high-resolution scan and process the data so it’s ready to be used in design.

Using this precise digital model, I create a detailed CAD design that maintains the integrity of the original part while improving it for manufacturing where needed. Finally, I produce clear engineering drawings with all the necessary dimensions and tolerances, so your part can be confidently and consistently manufactured.
